How do we survive in such a ruthless industry� This is the simplest question to answer. We provide great service. We listen to our clients needs. We outline what we think they need and listen to their feedback. We do not believe the client is always right. If they were always right, they wouldn’t need out help. The clients opinion is the most important thing though. Their opinion is always right. That is the bottom line. It is the essential rule to surviving in this graphic design industry.
The second thing we try to do is to get our clients connected with the right people. We do not do printing, we do not have domain registration or hosting as one of our services, but we CAN suggest the best people we know in the industry for this purpose. Our clients appreciate our help with their projects and pass that information along to their friends and colleagues.
Thirdly, we give our clients 110% of our effort and time. In our clients eyes, they are our only concern. They do not need to be inundated with what else we have on the go right now. They don’t need to know how stressed we are about our deadlines. They have come to us for a service, it is our responsibility to deliver that service in the best way possible with the least amount of hassle.
